Welcome to the
New York Upstate/Canada East Chapter
The NYU/CE Chapter of ASID includes all of New York State
(with the exception of Westchester County and New York City.
It also includes the provinces of Ontario and Quebec in Canada,
and is the only international chapter of ASID. There are eight
principal areas in the chapter - Albany,
Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo and Southern Tier in the
United States, and Toronto, Kingston/Ottawa,
and Montreal in Ontario and Quebec. The chapter
was formed in 1975 when two professional
organizations joined together to form ASID.
